Support Sales

1) Job Purpose

Support in sales transactions, execute, monitor customers transaction cycle as per sales plan for the territory in order to have timely transactions and effective service levels in transaction in turn Customer Satisfaction.

2) Job Context :Hindalco Industries Limited is the metals flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group. It has the leadership position in the domestic market in terms of sales and profit.

Supporting Actions

Order bookings- Correctness and timeliness

Payment follow up -Sending PI & Ledger to customer

Allocation for Godown material- Sending offer letter to customer/ depots

Post sales hygiene- Allocation for Godown material. Maintaining hygiene in customers accounts.
