Job Description
- Conduct BQIP and BCE audits
- NC closure and action plan follow up for the audit
- Seeking help from other units/ central quality to improve existing system and develop any new system if required.
- Conduct regular training, technical leadership directions to the teams.
- Organize promotional events like campaigns, competitions, contests and other activities to develop and improve employee morale
- Administrate LPA audits for entire plant.
- Revise audit checklist if required and maintain history
- Facilitate LPA NC closure for all areas.
- Monitoring of BBSO/PI compliance for department
- Initiate digital interventions and active involvement.
- Drive continuous improvement in all areas of the business unit.
- Assist and lead improvement projects in operations and support functions.
- Quality enhancement, variation elimination/reduction, capacity improvement through SOPs, SPC, IMS ,SWI etc.
- Initiate and plan quality month celebration in month of Nov every year.
- Facilitate all the events end to end.
- To maintain all the documents of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 ISO 45001,IATF16949, BIS for all processes.
- To amend necessary changes in documents, procedure and others if required.
