Engineer / Senior Engineer (IMS)

Role & responsibilities

• Co-ordinate & support for ensuring that documented IMS management system is established and implemented to meet the requirement of ISO 9110: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 & IATF 16949 standard.
• Co-ordination and support for planning and conducting the IMS periodic internal audits and report results to IMS coordinate / MA.
• Co-ordinate and support for IMS documentation and control of documents changes.
• Co-ordinate & support for monitoring the IMS objectives and targets, EOHS Management programs, CIPs.
• Preparation of trend for IMS Objectives and targets.
• Liaison with external parties on matters relating to IMS management systems.
• Knowledge about IATF tooling like PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC etc.
• Knowledge about layout inspection, manufacturing process & product audit.
• Plan and conduct IMS internal audit with closer of findings in specified time.
• Coordination for IMS training to company employees.
• Reporting on the performance of the IMS management systems to management for review.
