Job Summary:
The Implementer at Progressive Innovators Private Limited will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of various standardization processes at client locations. The role requires a detailed-oriented professional who can manage and execute the documentation, process improvements, and compliance aspects of standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, Sedex, BSCI, and others.


Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation:
  Prepare and maintain all required documentation in line with the specific standards being implemented, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Sedex, and BSCI.
• Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the compliance requirements of the standard.
• Develop process flowcharts, SOPs, and manuals required for implementation.

• Implementation:
  Lead the implementation of standardization procedures at client sites, ensuring that all requirements of the relevant standards are met.
• Work closely with clients to understand their existing processes and suggest necessary changes to align with standard requirements.
• Train client staff on new processes and procedures to ensure successful adoption.

• Compliance:
  Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with the implemented standards and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Assist clients during external audits, including Certification Body Audits, ensuring all documentation and processes are in compliance.

• Client Interaction:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.

• Provide continuous support to clients post-implementation to ensure ongoing compliance and process improvement.

• Reporting:

Prepare detailed reports on implementation progress and outcomes for both clients and internal stakeholders.

• Report any non-conformities or issues encountered during implementation and work on corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration).
• Certification in ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in implementing standards such as ISO, Sedex, BSCI, etc.
• Strong understanding of standardization processes and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to travel to client locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consultancy or client-facing roles.
• Additional certifications in standards beyond ISO (e.g., Sedex, BSCI).
