About the Role


The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality management system (QMS & BCMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 or other relevant standards. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the QMS & BCMS are effectively implemented and maintained, and that the company's products and services meet the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's QMS & BCMS.

• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or other relevant

standards.

• Train and support employees on QMS & BCMS requirements.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.

• Manage the company's corrective and preventive action program.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest quality management trends and best practices.


Measures of Success for the Role


Successful completion of ISO audit with no major nonconformities

• Maintenance of ISO certification

• Continuous improvement of quality management system

• Improved product quality

• Reduced costs associated with quality issues

• Strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Effective communication of quality management system requirements to employees

• Development and implementation of effective quality control procedures

• Provision of training and support to employees on quality management system requirements


Required Qualification and Experience


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality management, engineering, or business

administration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Google Office Suite and Microsoft Office Suite


Immediate joiners preferred.
