Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage IMS (Integrated Management System) documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
  
• Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain skill development programs for employees on IMS processes.
  
• Ensure effective implementation of NCS (Network Control Services) systems.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Steel & Ferro industry, preferably in an IMS management role.
  
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and ability to develop effective auditing plans.
  
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  
• Ability to analyze data from various sources to inform business decisions.
