Assistant Manager - IT

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems and networks.
  
• Oversee hardware networking infrastructure, including CCNA certification and network troubleshooting.
  
• Configure and manage servers, workstations, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Provide technical support to end-users on hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for security protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN Configuration.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in IT management or related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
  
• Proficiency in Hardware Networking (CCNA), Hardware Troubleshooting, Hardware Installation & Configuration.
  
• Strong knowledge of LAN setup & WAN connectivity; familiarity with WLAN device drivers.
