Hiring For an Entrepreneur in Residence

Key Responsibilities:

1. Venture Ideation and Validation
• Collaborate with the founders to identify new market opportunities and innovative business ideas.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to validate business concepts.
• Develop comprehensive business plans, including revenue models, go-to-market strategies, and operational roadmaps.
2. Brand Development and Launch
• Oversee the creation of new online brands, from product development to brand identity and positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product lines, marketing campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure a seamless launch strategy, leveraging digital marketing, partnerships, and customer acquisition tactics.
3. Growth and Scaling
• Drive growth strategies, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.
• Build and scale operational frameworks, supply chain processes, and team structures.
• Use data-driven insights to refine business strategies and ensure long-term profitability.
4. Team Building and Leadership
• Recruit, mentor, and manage teams to support the growth of new ventures.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability within the teams.
• Act as a mentor and advisor to junior team members working on projects.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Liaise with the founders and leadership team to ensure alignment with the companys vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, investors, and marketing partners.
• Present progress reports and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, e-commerce, online brand management, or a startup environment.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling successful online brands or businesses.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and operational skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
• Passion for building new ventures and driving innovation in the online space.
