Hiring For Sr. Executive- Outbound & Inventory Control

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management:

• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels at the warehouse.
• Responsible for reconciling WMS Vs physical inventory level on a daily basis and ensure nil mismatches there.
• Responsible to tally overall Inventory movement System Vs physical on daily basis and ensure closure of all possible gaps in this.
• Responsible for inventory binning and space optimization at the warehouse.
• Responsible to ensure put way of the received material within TAT.
• Responsible for conducting routine cycle count, inventory consolidation and bin optimization at the warehouse.
• Responsible for maintaining overall inventory hygiene.
• Responsible for categorization of slow movers, fast movers and dead inventory level at warehouse and getting liquidation plan from business team.
• Responsible for a handling team of 20 members and ensure highest level efficient deliveries.
• Preferably having experience to work in Unicommerce environment.
• Preferably having experience to work in B2C warehouse operation.
• Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure stock availability for order fulfillment.
• Conduct periodic checks on inventory levels in outbound areas.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment:

• Responsible to manage the picking, packing, and shipping of outbound orders.
• Responsible to ensure all orders are accurately processed and dispatched within set timelines.
• Schedule pickups and dispatches with courier and transport partners.
• Ensure accurate documentation (e.g., delivery challans, invoices, packing lists).
• Record and report daily outbound activity to the Warehouse Manager.
• Responsible to Perform checks to ensure orders are packed and labeled as per customer or client requirements.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies related to outbound orders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree or equivalent (preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with outbound logistics and transportation processes.

• On-time dispatch rate.
• Order accuracy rate.
• Compliance with shipping timelines.
• Reduction in outbound errors and damages.
