Product Manager

Reports to: Marketing Head

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

a) Market Research: Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitors.

b) Product Strategy: Define the product vision, prioritize features, and develop a product roadmap.

c) Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with factory, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product success.

d) Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and execute product launch and marketing strategies.

e) Customer Engagement: Gather feedback and refine the product based on customer insights.

f) Performance Monitoring: Track product success and make data-driven decisions.

g) Budget Management: Allocate marketing resources effectively.

h) Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and enhance the product and strategies.

i) Complete ownership of given categories and brands. Annual Brand plans / brand strategy and approach. Execution of brand plans and achieve brand and business objectives. Crafting a right marketing mix for each market (including pricing, positioning, product & packaging)

j) New product development / Innovation pipeline.
