Job Summary

Were seeking a detail-oriented Creative Designer to elevate the quality of our visual aesthetics and creatives for social platforms. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing design quality and leveraging platform-specific trends while effectively integrating tools like ChatGPT and other AI solutions to streamline workflows. This role requires a keen eye for what works on social media and the ability to adapt designs for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Quality Improvement:

• Review existing social media content and identify areas for visual enhancement, ensuring high-quality and trend-aligned designs.
• Apply best practices in typography, layouts, motion graphics, and color schemes to maximize viewer engagement and brand appeal.

AI Integration & Efficiency:

• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline brainstorming for captions, hooks, and content ideation.
• Use AI-powered tools to automate and enhance design workflows, such as video editing, quick visual tweaks, or background removals.

Social Media Trends & Adaptation:

• Stay updated on platform-specific trends, audience preferences, and emerging formats to ensure content aesthetics remain relevant and engaging.
• Experiment with innovative visuals, transitions, and hooks to increase audience retention.

Team Collaboration:

• Partner with the marketing, editing, and social media teams to align visual creatives with campaign goals.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers or freelancers to ensure consistent design quality and adherence to brand guidelines.

Content Development:

• Create visually engaging social media graphics, videos, and carousels that align with brand guidelines.
• Tailor visuals to platform-specific requirements for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and YouTube.

Key Skills & requirements

• Experience: 3-6 years in a similar role, focusing on social media visuals.
• Design Expertise: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and CapCut.
• AI Tools: Experience using ChatGPT or similar tools for creative workflows and efficiency improvements.
• Social Media Knowledge: A thorough understanding of visual requirements, trends, and platform-specific best practices for short-form and dynamic content.
• Editing Skills: Expertise in video editing and motion graphics for Reels, shorts and other social media formats.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
