Mirketa - Graphic/UI Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

We need: UI Design , Graphic Design, Video creation / Editing.

- Make design ideas tangible for the team through visual storytelling, wireframes, and low-fidelity mockups.

- Create UI designs and visual aesthetics for Mirketa websites, products or mobile applications, ensuring all interactions are intuitive, understandable and easy for the user to follow, and optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

- Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

- Provide image assets, HTML and CSS for Development handoff.

- Create high-fidelity graphic designs & illustrations and other elements for Mirketa Websites, Landing Pages, Brochures, Presentations (PPT), White Papers, Blogs/Articles, Flyers, Infographics, and Social Media Posts etc.

- Can create high-fidelity videos from stock images and videos

- Use raw footage to make a video and insert sound effects or music using modern editing techniques.

- Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and other stakeholders.

- Create and manage design systems and brand style guides- to ensure consistency across Mirketa.

- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications :

WHO WE- RE LOOKING FOR?

- A bachelor's degree in Graphic, Digital, or Media Design or a related field is essential.

- 6-8 years of Proven UI, Graphic and Video experience.

- Demonstrable UI, Graphic and Video design skills with a strong portfolio.

- Advanced knowledge of standard design applications (i.e. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)

- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, animation design, and prototyping software.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.

- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.

- Proficient with rapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototypes.

- Team spirit.

- Ability to work with strict deadlines.

- Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters etc.
