- Web Designer duties and responsibilities of the job

- Designing engaging and responsive web pages

- Proficiency in graphic design

- Web designing from scratch and from existing templates using HTML5/CSS3/SCSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery.

- Mobile responsive design from scratch.

- Custom design in WordPress using various page builders, and HTML.

- Optimizing sites for maximum speed and scalability

- Conducting website testing

- Ensuring website function and stability across devices ie desktop, mobile, tablet

- Working with digital marketing and sales teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into website

- Implement and maintain high-quality SEO policies and incorporate them with content produced for the website

- Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments

- Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages such as HTML and JavaScript

- Digital retouching and image editing

- Creating images for digital media platforms as per norms

Web Designer qualifications and skills :

- HTML

- CSS

- jQuery

- JavaScript

- Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

- API web integration

- Experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI)

- 2+ years professional web design experience

- Knowledge of digital marketing a plus
