We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Creative Head to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our creative team, developing innovative content strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, social marketing, and creative leadership.
Responsibilities
Creative Leadership: Lead and manage a team of designers, video editors, and other creative professionals to produce engaging and high-quality content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, blogs, and websites. Ensure content strategies are aligned with the overall marketing goals and KPIs.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, provide creative solutions, and maintain strong client relationships. Present creative ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Quality Control: Review and approve all creative work before it is published or distributed to ensure it meets the highest quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
Team Development: Mentor and develop the creative team by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and content creation. Propose and implement new ideas and strategies to enhance the company s creative output.
Performance Metrics: Track and analyze the performance of creative campaigns using various metrics and analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies and creative execution.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the creative budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Video Editing or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
Creative Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns across multiple platforms. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types and formats.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a creative team to achieve their best work.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders effectively.
