Executive- Payroll & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Adept at handling Greythr HRMS software or any HRIS software
• Attendance and Leave Management.
• Assist in payroll processing (Monthly Salary Preparation and Salary Disbursement)
• Complete Full & Final settlement of employees within timelines
• Generate payment challans Returns Generating ESIC Temp Identity cards Submission of Declaration forms, Accident reports etc. as per compliances
• Process Overtime payout for related employees
• Handle GMC/GTL & GPA process and routines
• Coordinate for Store and Factory Compliances
• Handle Onboarding and joining of helpers and associates at stores and warehouses
• KYC updation on related online portals

Candidature

• Graduate with 3- 6 years in relevant fields or Postgraduate in HR discipline with 2 years of related exposure
• Must have excellent understanding of HRMS software preferably Greythr
• Good Knowledge of PF, ESI, Taxes etc.
• Must Have Experience with Salary Processing of 500 plus manpower
• Good command on Excel, V-look up, H- look up.
