Job Summary:
The Client Servicing Executive/Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and delivering high-quality service. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the internal team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
2. Oversee and manage the execution of client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
3. Address any client concerns or issues promptly, escalating as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Maintain detailed records of client communications, meetings, and service delivery. Prepare regular reports on client status and project progress.
5. Gather feedback from clients and work with internal teams to implement improvements based on that feedback.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. A bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields.
2.Previous experience in client servicing, customer service, or account management.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and client-facing interactions.
