Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - ERP Implementation (7-9 yrs)

Job Description :

- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP HCM implementations and/or upgrades.

- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM covering Core HR and Compensation

- Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI

- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Functional

- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and/or upgrades.

- More than 4 years of experience in working on HCM modules of Oracle Fusion/R12 covering Core HR, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits.

- At least 2 years of experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Cloud HCM Suite

- In-depth experience in any or all: Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labor.

- Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into functional solutions.

- Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI is advantageous.

- Familiar with relational and dimensional logical data modeling.

- Ability to review business processes and translate them into BI reporting and analysis solutions.

- Experience in configuring and supporting reports.

- Experience working with Oracle on product bugs.

- Data analysis and root cause analysis skills.

- Functional and Technical problem investigation skills.

- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, production change control, and project management techniques.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
