Oracle Fusion/HCM Technical Lead (6-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion HCM Technical Lead to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on Fast Formulas, integrations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing technical solutions within the HCM domain and possess excellent team handling skills.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM, with a primary focus on Fast Formulas.

- Write complex SQL statements for data analysis and manipulation.

- Utilize Oracle-delivered tools, including : BI Publisher Reports OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) HCM Data Loader Spreadsheet Loader HCM Extracts Fast Formulas Approval Workflows

- Develop integrations using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher.

- Possess a strong understanding of various HCM modules and their technical aspects.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Lead and mentor a team of technical resources, providing guidance and support.

- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fusion HCM.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM updates and functionalities.

Required Skills :

- 6-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Extensive hands-on experience in writing Fast Formulas.

- Strong SQL skills.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle-delivered tools mentioned above.

- Experience in developing integrations using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher.

- Good techno-functional skills in various HCM modules.

- Proven team handling experience.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.

- Oracle certifications related to Fusion HCM.

- Experience with integration tools and technologies.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
