Job Description : SAP-CAR POSDTA Consultant

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced SAP-CAR POSDTA Consultant with 8-10 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) and Point of Sale Data (POSDTA), helping us deliver seamless retail solutions. You will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of SAP CAR solutions, specifically focusing on POSDTA, to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in the implementation and support of SAP CAR POSDTA solutions to optimize retail processes.

- Design and configure SAP CAR POSDTA solutions, ensuring the integration of point of sale data with other SAP retail modules.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP CAR.

- Analyze and resolve issues related to POSDTA, ensuring seamless data transfer and system integration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and functional) to ensure smooth deployment and post-implementation support.

- Perform system testing, performance tuning, and data validation to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the solution.

- Develop training materials and provide training to end users on SAP CAR POSDTA functionalities.

- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of SAP CAR POSDTA solutions, addressing any system inefficiencies.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience with SAP CAR POSDTA and solid understanding of retail business processes.

- Expertise in the SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR), particularly in POSDTA module.

- Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP Retail solutions.

- Knowledge of integration between POS systems and SAP CAR.

- Ability to analyze and solve complex business and technical issues in a retail environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Prior experience leading or being part of SAP Retail projects, specifically in the POSDTA domain.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, or SAP Hybris is a plus.

- Experience working in an Agile environment.
