Senior Salesforce Lead - Apex/Visual Force (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, system integration, and architecture design, with the ability to lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our Salesforce platform and ensuring best practices are followed across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet both business and technical requirements.

- Manage a team of Salesforce developers and guide them through technical challenges, ensuring code quality and adhering to industry best practices.

- Serve as the point of contact for all technical aspects of Salesforce development, including architecture, integration, customization, and optimization.

- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- Provide expertise in the areas of Salesforce customization, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Ensure proper integration of Salesforce with third-party systems and internal applications, leveraging integration tools like REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.

- Develop and maintain deployment pipelines and implement CI/CD best practices for Salesforce projects.

- Review and approve code developed by team members, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions, training, and mentoring for junior developers and other team members.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in Salesforce applications.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform's functionality and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2+ years in a tech lead or leadership role.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).

- Proven experience in Salesforce integration with third-party systems using middleware like MuleSoft or other integration tools.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.

- Expertise in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce governor limits.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

- Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Certifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II (or equivalent) certification required.

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is a plus.
