POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a role in the Talent Management (TM) function that is responsible for driving Competency Mapping, Talent Reviews, Individual Development Plans, Succession Planning, and other talent management initiatives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Familiarize self with the Competency Mapping exercise - execute as per scope and business requirements.
- Help drive the Talent Reviews framework for the discussion of top and critical talent.
- Project manage and schedule Talent Reviews.
- Manage governance on action items from the Talent Reviews.
- Interact with senior leaders on a regular basis to (i) enable their learning journey and (ii) capture learner feedback and inputs.
- Identify metrics and maintain dashboards for the completion and governance of TM initiatives.
- Manage key (ad hoc) TM projects as and when required.
- Help implement the TM programmes in collaboration with the participants, and other key stakeholders.
- Help in providing monthly dashboards/reports on Talent Management interventions.
- Work with virtual/ cross-functional teams globally
