Support Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing business MIS on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis, including data consolidation and analysis across manufacturing plants and products.
2. Ensuring the completion and review of monthly scheduled financial reports.
3. Regular coordination and discussions with plant finance teams and other functional teams to prepare require management reports periodically.
4. Analyzing costs, pricing, and product-wise variable contributions, and preparing comparisons of actual performance against the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) to develop trends and projections.
5. Conducting variance analysis reports for major cost elements compared to the AOP and the previous year.
6. Assisting in the preparation of projections, AOP/Budget, and forecasts in coordination with plant finance.
7. Supporting the Head of Finance (Mfg) in ensuring all departments/functions adhere to SOPs and compliances regularly, including following up with respective teams and correcting any deviations from the process.

Functional Skills/ Certification :

1. Good knowledge of accounting principles and Procedures. Experience in creating financial statements, Cost analysis reports.
2. Good experience in SAP FICO. MM, SD modules. Excellent in excel and good in PPT preparation.
3. Good communication skill - Written and verbal both
