Job Description

Talent acquisition (Leadership BPO - BFSI Hiring)

The role of Senior Team Lead / Assistant Manager - Leadership Hiring involves spearheading recruitment strategies within BPO, requiring deep domain expertise across various industries such as BFSI, E-Commerce, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Finance, Life Sciences, Telecom, and Travel. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a healthy pipeline of candidates through strategic planning and engagement with key stakeholders, including Business Unit Heads and Vendors. The individual will also assist in understanding global resource availability, cost, and recruitment strategies through market studies.



Reports into: Manager

Job Responsibilities:


Lead the recruitment process for different line of business preferably BFS/Banking sectors, ensuring alignment with business goals.


  • Manage BPO/ITES recruitment requirements with hands-on experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, business unit heads.
  • Conduct weekly status meetings to discuss candidate pipelines and strategic planning.
  • Provide insights on global resource availability, cost, and recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize market studies to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  • Ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and recruitment techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies for various industry domains.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to ensure success and improvement.
  • Advise on the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

Criteria:

  • 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in BPO/ITES recruitment for leadership roles.
  • Domain expertise - E-Commerce, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Finance, Life Sciences, Telecom, and Travel.
  • Ability to conduct strategic planning and market studies.

We are open to relocation cases who have a good understanding of hiring for multiple GEOs within India.
