Job Description

To support and maintain global records management services, through a range of specialized records management and administrative based tasks.

Office management tasks, such as processing invoices, maintaining paper and electronic folders and attending team meetings.

Maintaining accurate information in project data tracking systems.

Assisting in accessing and retrieving data.

Assisting in the protection and security of data.

Responding to a broad range of service requests, both internally and externally, via telephone, email and in person.

Contributing towards the collection of evidence for client audits and reviews.

Quality assurance of project documentation and other data.

Participating in the development and/or revision of new or existing departmental documentation, standards and processes.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning, with the ability to cope with changing and evolving priorities.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied tasks, with great attention to detail.

Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

A willingness to learn and progress, proactively participating in skills improvement training.

Proven ability of using Microsoft office products (including Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

Knowledge and Experience

Previous administrative experience essential.

GCSE/Level 2 qualification (Grade 4 or above) English, Maths and IT, or equivalent.

English - Fluent.

Experience of working in and knowledge of the life sciences sector (Desirable).

Good knowledge of GCP and EU Regulation Clinical Trials (Desirable).

Good knowledge and understanding of documentation lifecycles (Desirable).
