Job Description

About this Position

As a Sales Engineer specializing in automotive adhesives, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the automotive Industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and customer support, to ensure the successful introduction and implementation of Henkel adhesive solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the automotive industry.

What you ll do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the set of customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at automotive OEMs and tier suppliers.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our adhesive solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including planning, manufacturing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Follow up with customer Teams & internal Finance to ensure payment collection on time.
Nurture existing client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Graduate engineer BE(Mechanical / automobile / chemical)
Good Communication skill.
Microsoft excel, Microsoft word and PowerPoint
