Intern-HR

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify talent trends and best practices.

Should be an MBA-HR
