HR Intern

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in Human Resources, particularly in Talent Acquisition.

Duration: 3 months/6 months

Stipend: Applicable

Location: Magarpatta, Pune

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support the onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Work closely with the HR team to implement best recruitment practices.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel,).
