Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) or Talent Management (TM) functions. The intern will gain hands-on experience in key HR processes, contributing to the organizations growth by attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. This role is ideal for individuals eager to explore a career in HR while developing their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Note: This role is a six-month internship position (Paid). Candidates who are available for 6 months should only apply.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other innovative channels.
  • Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
  • Coordinate recruitment process, job postings, and internal job referrals.
  • Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Talent Management:

  • Support onboarding processes by ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate on learning and development initiatives as and when required.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource (HR) or related field. Masters degree will be preferred.
  • Min. 6months of internship experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms or HR software is a plus.
