To formulate strategic plans to expand network across the assigned region/ territory in line with Company strategy.
Need to have a good understanding of the market and the catchment area for future partners.
Identification of right partner i.e. CC & FPSC by analyzing their ability on investment and business growth.
To co-ordinate and follow up with leads and closely work with Sales team till on-boarding of partners and smooth transition to Sales team for further operations
To collaboratively work with Sales team on identifying location and business viability.
To streamline and formulate standard legal agreement for new channel partner with aim to ensure statutory adherence and mitigate organizational risk exposure in collaboration with Cluster or Business Head.
To co-ordinate with central marketing team for execution of new center launch activities.
To ensure regular visits of centers for first two months of operation to resolve initial challenges and system gaps with the support of Cluster & Business Heads.
Sales: Generate sales, generate new leads, and monitor sales KPIs - 70%
Customer relations: Build relationships with key clients and doctors, and respond to customer needs - 10%
Market penetration: Outsmart competitors through market penetration - 10%
Sales reporting: Provide detailed reports to the managers, including sales activity and achievement metrics - 10%
The candidate needs to be from diagnostics field having experience of 2 to 3 years .
They will be responsible for B2b sales in the defined territory
