Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • - Receive leads assigned by the CRM manager and ensure prompt follow-up.
  • - Call patients to understand their queries, concerns, or requirements in a courteous and professional manner.
  • - Provide accurate information and appropriate guidance regarding hospital services, appointment scheduling, treatment options, and relevant medical information.
  • - Proactively identify and address patient needs, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
  • - Efficiently navigate the CRM system to update lead status, record relevant details, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • - Collaborate with the healthcare team to resolve complex patient queries or issues.
  • - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while handling patient information.
  • - Meet individual and team targets for lead closure, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
  • - Stay updated with the hospital's services, procedures, and policies to effectively address patient queries.
  • - Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
  • - Empathetic and patient-centered approach towards customer service.
  • - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.
  • - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
