About the Job:

- We are seeking an experienced HR Head to lead and oversee all human resource functions for a reputed Real Estate Group.

- The role requires a strategic leader who can manage recruitment, workplace policies, and compliance while fostering a productive and safe work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead recruitment strategies, compensation structuring, and workplace policy development.

- Design and implement retention programs, training, and employee development initiatives.

- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Manage payroll processing, PF & ESI calculations, and factory-related policies.

- Oversee HR operations in adherence to labor laws, including the Factory Act.

- Act as a key contact for all employee and labor law-related matters.

- Establish and maintain strong communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.

- Conduct team reviews and guide HR teams to achieve optimal productivity.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience of 15+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, factory policies, and regulatory compliance.

- Strong expertise in recruitment, compensation management, and employee relations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage payroll systems and benefits administration.

- Proficiency in developing training and development programs.

- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to enhance productivity and retention
