Job Summary:
- We are looking for a talented and dynamic HR Head to lead our human resources function.

- As the HR Head, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Your experience in the capital markets industry, especially recruitment, will be essential to attracting and retaining top talent.
- You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring the HR function supports organizational growth while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead and manage recruitment processes for all levels of roles across the organization.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies, leveraging your knowledge of the capital markets industry to hire the best candidates.
- Oversee sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes to meet business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and other external partners.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven organizational culture.
- Act as a liaison between employees and senior management to ensure smooth communication.
- Address employee grievances and work to resolve conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to ensure job satisfaction and retention.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Manage and optimize HR operations, including onboarding, training, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are aligned with statutory regulations and best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team by providing HR insights that align with business goals.
- Support leadership in workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Ensure that HR initiatives align with the company's long-term growth objectives.
- Implement and lead HR transformation initiatives to modernize and streamline HR functions.
Communication:
- Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills in all interactions with employees, management, and external partners.
- Lead HR communication strategies, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across all platforms.
- Represent the company in external HR forums, conferences, and seminars when required.
Employee Development & Performance Management:
- Create and oversee a robust performance management system that drives high performance and accountability.
- Identify skill gaps and work with department heads to design training and development programs.
- Implement leadership development programs to nurture future leaders within the organization.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: 7-13 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in recruitment and talent management, ideally in the stock broking or capital markets industry.
Education: A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working in or with financial institutions, stock broking firms, or capital markets is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Expertise in recruitment, especially for capital market roles (e., traders, analysts, financial advisors).
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a sharp ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

- This role requires working on alternate Saturdays, as part of the company's standard work schedule.
