Job Summary:
The HR Head will be responsible for managing Human Resource Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee engagement, Learning & Development ,employee relation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
3. Employee Engagement and Development:
- Establish and promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Develop training and development programs to support employee growth and skills enhancement.
4. Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems that drive accountability and high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and labor laws.
6. Organizational Development
- Drive change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
7. HR Policies and Compliance
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
-Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
8. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Masters degree in Human Resources from a Reputed Institution, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management in manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
