Retire100 is currently an inhouse incubated platform under the ecosystem division of

HDFC Life, dedicated to building a comprehensive retirement ecosystem in India. Our

mission is to empower individuals to achieve a secure and fulfilling retirement by offering

a range of financial and wellness solutions. We operate through two brands: TrueFin,

focusing on financial planning and investment products like NPS, Mutual Funds, and

Health Insurance; and TruePal, which provides senior-centric health and wellness

marketplace services like diagnostics, physiotherapy etc.

Job description:

We seek an experienced Program Manager with strong Scrum Master skills to join our

dynamic team at Retire100. As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile

Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work

collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and facilitate a comprehensive program plan including alignment of business,

operations, technology and other interfacing stakeholders including timelines and risk

management.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint

review, and sprint retrospectives.

• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the teams progress on regular

intervals

• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, decisions and issues to all the impacted

parties across business, product & technology.

• Manage expectations and resolve conflicts to ensure timelines are maintained in

accordance with program objectives

• Identify, assess, & mitigate project risks. Create contingency plans where required.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
• Implement robust quality assurance processes to manage delivery of high quality

product solutions.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Prior knowledge of JIRA (Agile project management tool).
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and project management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
