Senior Manager - Marketing Automation 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Manager - Marketing Automation with a unique blend of experience in affiliate marketing and call centre management. This individual will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing campaigns, driving customer engagement, and increasing overall conversion rates by leveraging marketing automation technologies. Additionally, the ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of affiliate marketing and call center operations to enhance lead generation and business. This position requires strong leadership and analytical skills to manage a cross-functional team and ensure the successful execution of campaigns and customer service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:'

Marketing Automation:

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing automation campaigns using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe or similar platforms.
• Develop and implement automated customer journeys to nurture leads and increase customer retention.
• Optimize email marketing, SMS campaigns, OBD, WhatsApp and other digital channels to improve customer engagement and conversion.
• Continuously analyze performance metrics, providing insights to enhance the automation process and drive better results.
• Collaborate with content, design, and data teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing automation initiatives

Affiliate Marketing:

• Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility.
• Build relationships with affiliates and partners to ensure the success of affiliate campaigns.
• Track and report on affiliate performance, including metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ROI.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and company goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to identify new opportunities and optimize affiliate program performance.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide insights on customer behaviour and preferences to help optimize marketing strategies.
• Regularly present performance updates to senior leadership, including recommendations for process improvements.

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing .
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, including performance tracking, partnership management, and ROI optimization.
• Proven experience in managing customer satisfaction, and lead management.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., MSD, Adobe, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM tools.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and external partners.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a B2C marketing environment, especially in industries like e-commerce, financial services, or technology.
• Expertise in customer journey mapping and segmentation.
