Associate Manager - Inside Sales

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:

Inside Sales is responsible for:

1. Generating revenue from the existing customers of HDFC life or its partners

2. Creating platforms which will facilitate other process involved directly on indirectly in revenue generation

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main duties are as follows:

1. Liaison with the call centre teams and drive the daily & weekly EPI targets & ensure issuance of policies

2. Liaison with stakeholders for data requirements

3. Business planning of the LOB which includes head count planning, budget provisioning and billing

4. Conducting weekly & monthly reviews with the call centres

5. Ensure creation of dashboards and sharing the same

6. Ensure proper Training module / script creation, revision and adherence as per process requirement with the help of T&Q

7 Ensure all relevant MIS & Dashboards are available for the sales team & partner

8 Data Analytics and provide necessary inputs to the team and channel partner to increase topline, bottom line, productivity etc.

WORK RELATED SKILLS:

• Minimum 3 years in tele-sales
• Graduate
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Telegu
• Team handling expereince is must
