Job Description:

Please specify the DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS for eHL contracts

1. IT Contract review and drafting 2. Contract risk to be identified at clause level & documented in a report format and wherever applicable sign off to be taken. 3. Contract Negotiation and Closure 4. Manage all IT related Contracts/Agreements. 5. Driving IT contract management policy and setting up standard practices within IT. 6. Manage all IT related Contracts/Agreements. 7. Actively work with various teams within IT to establish and finalise SLA & Deliverables for the various Agreement/Contract/SOW requirement. 8. Liaising with Corporate Legal team / external counsel on the Standard/General clauses to be incorporated in the IT Contract templates. 9. Post contractual support Strong communication skill 10. Liaising with the vendors legal and business team

Previous Experience Required:

Please specify the type of PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE & DUTIES in terms of - • Years of Exp. 10 Years • Technical Skills : Having sound knowledge of Legal Frame Work • Domain whether only BFSI: Predominantly in IT/BFSI Sector. • Exp. in Team Management / Vendor Management etc. Ideally should have managed a team. • Any other areas.

Qualifications:

Graduate with Legal Background.(LLB/LLM)
