Senior Business Analyst - Digital

Role:

• working knowledge of asset class life cycle for Bond, Mutual Fund, Equity, Structured products etc. This includes corporate actions associated to different asset classes, settlement cycles, MTM valuation. Knowledge on SWIFT message types and relevance is good to have.
• Works with different bank stake holders, departments to ensure accurate business requirement gathering and solicitation. Should have good knowledge of creating requirement document, test case preparation, testing methodologies, incident reporting, incident life cycle management etc.
• Works in co-ordination with bank vendor partners, IT teams, other aligned business verticals and extended entities within banks. He/she should have basic project life cycle management knowledge.
• Works with key stakeholders to obtain relevant datasets for functional analysis in regards with issue resolution and new process implementations. Taking up new enhancements with a view on reducing manual intervention in the BAU process.
• Supports the team during refinements and planning to focus on most valuable features
• Constantly looks for better ways of solving problems in existing processes and designing the solution, not afraid of challenging the status quo.
• Supports the team in conducting and engaging with audit, compliance and budget planning related tasks.

Exp:

• 3-5 years of business analyst or consulting experience with a spike on technology - prior work experience in a fast paced digital startup, previous Business Analyst experience is preferred
