Role & responsibilities
- To bring in NTB MEs & manage existing portfolio MEs to increase wallet share
- Achieve channel objectives through team wrt targets on ARN, DBA, Integration, Activation, Volume, OBOS & Cross sell
- Ensuring maximum share of volumes comes to the bank
- Retaining the merchants to avoid competition poaching banks merchants.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate / post graduate with high confidence level & ability to manage channel within the bank
- Ability to make cold calls & engage in pre-fixed appointment
- Ability to Travel to upcountry locations
