Principal Business Analyst

Exp:

• 5-7 years of business analyst or consulting experience with a spike on technology - prior work experience in a fast-paced digital startup, previous Business Analyst experience is preferred

Key Skills

• Understanding in product development of digital Mobile and Web applications especially financial services industry/FinTechs.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to financial products.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineering and design teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
