Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of loans and minimize defaults.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
  
• Conduct financial analysis to assess creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
  
• Develop sales strategies to meet targets set by the organization.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in auto finance, commercial vehicle loans, tractor loan, used car loan, or related fields.
  
• Strong understanding of vehicle finance products such as auto loans, car finance, two wheeler loans, business loans, etc. .
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
