Role & responsibilities

Managing business development for multiple products in Rural areas. • Ensuring Smooth

flow of relationship between Dealers & Customers.

• To Empanel and groom Dealer networks for various products like CD, TW, AL,CE, PL.
• Handling new business ties ups Dealer as well as Manufacturer connectivity.
• Managing Business growth and profitability with and through Territory Managers and the larger sales

team.

• Assessing training needs to accelerate his teams performance.
• Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating

with product team.

• To Drive Rural business through Open Market, Branch Channel & Dealers
• To Organize & Manage display activity in Corporate and other Branches.
• Liaisoning with Dealers in the area to maximize business volume.
• Managing Business productivity for Rural Business for the Assigned Cluster.
• Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal.
• Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and Trackers

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have atleast 4-5 branch handling experience.

Team Handling knowledge is must
