Relationship Manager

Job Role : Counter Sales

Location : GUWAHATI , JORHAT , BONGAIGOAN , BARPETA , KOKRAJHAR , DIBRAGARH TINSUKIA.

Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
  
• Conduct financial analysis to assess creditworthiness of potential clients.
  
• Develop strategies to increase sales revenue by cross-selling other financial products (e.g., insurance).
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in auto finance or related field (auto loans, commercial vehicle loans, tractor loans).
  
• Strong understanding of vehicle finance concepts such as financing options, interest rates, and repayment terms.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers and colleagues alike.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
