Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, telemarketing, and inside sales techniques.
  
• Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions using product knowledge.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and preferences.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in BFSI industry or related field (preferably).
  
• Strong communication skills in Kannada language (written & spoken).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Proficiency in telesales, telemarketing, telecalling, lead generation, cold calling, inside sales, and generators.
