Hiring _Tele sales Officer (IOT based Product)_Altima Global

Role & responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers to promote and sell our products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads by researching potential customers and their needs.
• Customer Engagement: Establish rapport with customers, understand their requirements, and offer appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales through effective product presentations, negotiations, and closing strategies.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Customer Follow-up: Follow up with prospects and leads through calls, emails, or other communication methods.
• Product Knowledge: Keep up to date with product offerings, features, and market trends to effectively sell and answer customer queries.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share insights and strategies to improve sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal communication.
• Sales Experience: Previous telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Target-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns and provide tailored solutions.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks while maintaining high productivity levels.
• Location-Candidate should be staying surrounding 15km of office , outstation candidate will not allowed.
