  Address: CHSL, Dhanraj Mill Compound, IIDE, 1st Floor, Dhanlaxmi Industrial Estate, SJ Marg, Lower Parel, Maharashtra 400013

• Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays)
  

About the Role:

We are looking for Admissions Advisors to join our team during the undergraduate admission season at IIDEs partnered colleges. In this role, you'll connect with prospective students, provide them with essential course information, and schedule campus visits for personalized counseling sessions with our academic experts. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers or individuals with calling experience to be part of a supportive and goal-driven environment in the education sector.

• Location: IIDE Corporate Office, Lower Parel, Mumbai
  
• Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm (Monday to Saturday)
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Communication & Scheduling:
  
  
• Reach out to prospective students and parents, providing them with relevant information about IIDEs programs.
  
• Schedule visits for students to meet with academic counselors and discuss their future in digital education.
  
• Guidance and Support:
  
  
• Offer clear, accurate guidance to students regarding program options.
  
• Address basic queries and ensure a smooth transition through the admission process.
  
• Follow-ups & Coordination:
  
  
• Follow up with students to confirm visits and ensure no opportunity is missed.
  
• Maintain records of all communications and follow-ups using the CRM system.
  

Requirements

• Who Can Apply?
  
  
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  
• Candidates with 3-5 years of calling or telesales experience.
  
• Must be based in Mumbai and able to work from the office.
  

Benefits

Compensation:

Salary will be based on interview performance:

• Interns: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month
  
• Trainees: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month
  
• Full-Time Freshers: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
  
• Full-Time with Calling Experience (3-5 years): ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
