Project Manager

l . Business analysis and good systems knowledge in the banking domain (Exposure to systems like: Loan

l originating system, Loan management system, Workflow and CRM systems)

l Drafting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), Functional

l Specification Documents, User manuals etc.Experience in making process flow diagrams on MS visio, Excel or other modelling tools

l Participate in POC (Proof of Concept), to demonstrate project viability verifying if the concept or theory has

l practical potential for the business Design test case scenarios and perfor UAT (reproduce

l issues, monitoring) and provide timely feedback to projects team, ensuring quality of delivery as per

l expected standards Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders (Technology, Sales, Operations and Project teams)

l Design and conceptualize business solutions and articulate underlying impact analysis

l Identify areas of improvement in the existing systems and processes, ensuring reduction in any non-value addsand support in improving overall processing TAT

l Ability to identify system bugs/issues, conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis

l Support project workings, ensuring projects are running on track and as per business expectation

l Ability to identify and escalate problems at an early stages

l Perform system analysis with BAs of other applications squad, when involved in multi systems features and interfaces

l Coordinate with multiple technical teams and testing teams to deliver the projects

l Coordinate with internal resources and thirdparties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
