Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage consumer durable loan sales at showrooms across Hyderabad all over Locations .
  
• Conduct KYC verification for new customers and maintain accurate records.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and concerns promptly.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in consumer finance, loans, or related fields (preferably in a similar role).
  
• Strong understanding of consumer durables industry trends and market dynamics.
  
• Excellent communication skills in local language(s) spoken in Telangana & AP regions.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
