The premise could be better..basic perks of a functional canteen n free transport would be helpful and team outing could help engage with teams better and work from home culture in this pandemic shud be allowed which the company isn’t too open for. And all saturdays should be off.

It’s ok. Given the pandemic and lockdown... work from home is allowed till gift notice but otherwise we are called to work always no matter the situation. Not a hybrid culture adoption here. Work wise and growth wise the place is okay.

WORKING HOURS IS MORE THAN 10HOURS IN A DAY. SUNDAYS ARE NOT HOLIDAY NOT EVEN OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS. WE ARE FROM SALES DEPARTMENT BUT THEY ARE PRESSURIZED TO VISIT COUSTOMER HOME FOR COLLECTION
