Job Description:

- Troubleshoot and resolve Ad Serving issues via email

-Escalate issues promptly and work efficiently

- Investigate, follow-up, and escalate when necessary

Must Skill Requirements:

- Basic understanding of HTML & CSS

- Technical troubleshooting knowledge

- Proficient in English (written and spoken)

- Willingness to work in night shifts

Nice to Have:

Experience in Digital Marketing and Campaign Management is a plus
